VOIDBLADE

VOIDBLADE is an immersive 2D stealth platformer in which a Shadow Ninja must hide in and manipulate shadows using the power of the Void to sneak past deadly robots in space. In the darkest depths of a remote space freighter is the Void Core, a mysterious artifact teeming with the power of the Void. While this was once one of the most highly secured locations in the universe, 400 years later it now drifts, abandoned amongst the stars as a dilapidated remnant of its old self, still guarded by the remains of its formidable mechanical security system. You play as the mysterious Shadow Ninja who pursues the power of the Void Core to enhance his own abilities. To achieve this, you must utilize the power of the Void contained within your own blade to navigate the ship's turret ridden corridors, robot patrolled warehouses, and escape alive with the Void Core. - Dynamic shadow casting - Detailed particles - Immersive audio - Custom soundtrack - Immersive stealth gameplay This game was developed as a student project at DigiPen Institute of Technology and was created for educational purposes only.
