Start with small shows and limited resources, then grow your reputation, sign better fighters, negotiate bigger bouts and move into larger venues. Build fight cards, manage contracts, navigate rankings and championships, compete with rival promoters, and keep the business financially healthy through ticket sales, sponsorship, broadcasting, streaming and PPV. Choose how you want to play. In Promoter Only mode, focus on matchmaking, contracts, events and the commercial side of boxing. In Trainer + Promoter mode, take control of both the gym and the promotion, developing fighters while running the wider business. The boxing world continues to evolve around you.
