Do everything you can to prevent unexpected events from destroying your empire and leading you to defeat. Each cycle, citizens arrive with requests, but it’s not just about saying “yes” or “no”. You use stamps with unique effects to alter your choices, create unexpected consequences, and deal with situations that spiral out of control. Build and keep your empire standing Expand your empire and manage Money, Food, Happiness, Security, and Population. Every structure shifts the balance of your empire and can either help or accelerate collapse. Proposals are unpredictable, and you will need to think strategically to handle each problem that appears in your realm.
