Draw powerful Sigil to combat vengeful entities, brew herbal remedies to cure mystical illnesses, and perform solemn rites to guide the dead. But beware: souls that fail to pass on may transform into malignant ghost or zombie. If you cannot defeat them before dawn, they will wreak havoc— costing you money, endangering your patients, and even threatening your life.  Manage your clinic by growing medicinal herbs, crafting Sigil, and gathering ritual materials. Conduct seven-day ceremonies to purify buried souls and help them reincarnate peacefully. Earn income to repair and expand your clinic, purchase supplies, and hone your expertise in healing, exorcism, and soul guidance.
