Sanidade Zero

Sanidade Zero is an online co-op cross-platform horror game set in a clandestine hospital where genetic experiments were being conducted on human subjects. During one of the procedures, a reactor explosion caused a massive accident. What remained of the hospital was overrun by deformed creatures, damaged systems, and survivors trying to find a way out. Your goal is to explore the hospital, work together, and complete a sequence of objectives in order to escape — while creatures controlled by artificial intelligence hunt the players. SURVIVE CREATURES THAT CAN HEAR YOU The enemies in Sanidade Zero do not rely only on predefined routes. They can see players, hear their footsteps, and even detect sounds captured through the microphone during the match. Running, talking to your friends, or making noise at the wrong moment can reveal your position. EVERY MATCH REQUIRES EXPLORATION Important items can appear in different locations throughout the hospital. During the match, players must search for three keys, as well as a letter left behind by one of the doctors. This letter contains a random password generated for the match, which is required to access restricted areas of the hospital. Because several important items have variable spawn locations, you cannot simply memorize a single route to complete the game. RESTORE POWER TO THE HOSPITAL To progress, you must find two levers and install them in the generator. After that, the players must activate the system through the control panel and complete a task to start the equipment. Once the generator is running, a stabilization sequence begins. You will have a limited amount of time to use the installed levers correctly and prevent the system from failing. If you fail, you can try again as many times as necessary. Once power is restored, new areas and hospital systems become accessible. DISCOVER THE SECOND FLOOR With the password found and the power restored, the security panel can be accessed. A secret passage will lead the survivors to an elevator and eventually to a new area of the hospital. The second floor introduces new dangers and a creature capable of progressively affecting the players' sanity. The more vulnerable a survivor becomes, the greater the risk of suffering consequences during exploration. ASSEMBLE A WEAPON TO ESCAPE On the second floor, players must search for different weapon parts. After finding the required components, they can be taken to an assembly machine to build the weapon. Ammunition must be found while exploring the hospital and is limited, so every shot matters. Fighting the creature is part of the final stage of the escape. Players must obtain the required fragments to unlock the hospital's main exit. YOUR TEAMMATES CAN STILL COME BACK The death of another survivor does not necessarily mean the end of the match. You can collect the DNA of a fallen player and, once the hospital's power has been restored, use the reanimation machine to bring them back. This allows the team to continue trying to escape even after losing a member during exploration. VOICE CHAT Sanidade Zero includes integrated voice chat for communication during online matches. Players can use voice communication with their teammates or disable it through the game settings. But remember: talking can help your team — and it can also help certain creatures find you. PROGRESSION AND CUSTOMIZATION The game features a progression system linked to the player's account. There is also a store with optional cosmetic items, allowing players to customize the appearance of their characters. These items are purely visual and do not provide gameplay advantages, stat boosts, or competitive benefits. SETTINGS The game includes options to adjust: - graphics quality; - video settings; - volume and audio; - voice communication. ONLINE REQUIREMENTS To use the online features, Sanidade Zero uses Epic Games services as well as its own account system. Players must complete the required online authentication and create a Sanidade Zero account using a valid and verified email address. Explore. Work together. Restore the power.
