Road From Horno is a tactical narrative shooter where precision, stealth, and tactical decision-making are essential to survive as you fight to protect the people you once hunted. Combat where only well-placed headshots stop the infected. Hostile environments using positioning and tactical awareness. Road From Horno is currently in pre-alpha, running on Build v0.1, with three playable levels and a fourth now in production. Players can explore story-driven environments, fight infected, complete objectives, collect story items, and follow Lucas’s journey. Some animations, UI elements, enemy balancing, and environmental assets are still being refined. We’re currently improving weapon feel, enemy behavior, level pacing, and narrative delivery. Our next milestone is completing Level 4 and preparing the game for wider playtesting and community feedback.
