Their voice, their words, the items they offer, and subtle details in their behavior may be your only clues to their true intentions. Manage Your Stockpile You may have more resources than most survivors could ever dream of, but nothing lasts forever. Keep track of food, water, medicine, ammunition, and other supplies. Add what you acquire to your inventory, remove what you trade away, and do not neglect your own hunger, thirst, and need for rest. Even the richest man in the new world has nothing once his shelves are empty. People Remember Your Decisions Build relationships with survivor communities and factions. Helping a settlement may earn their trust. Exploiting them may bring greater profits in the short term—but every decision has consequences. The people you refuse to help today may refuse to trade with you tomorrow. And if someone betrays you, you may eventually become the person who decides their fate. Protect What You Have Your shelter is your greatest strength—and it also makes you one of the most valuable targets left in the world.
