Accept jobs, pick your route, and watch the delivery unfold on a dashboard full of gauges (fuel, fatigue, vehicle wear, ETA) while you make the calls that actually decide whether you turn a profit. There's no steering wheel here. The tension comes from managing everything at once, not from driving skill. Every choice costs something. Take the risky city shortcut to save fuel, or play it safe on the highway? Pay full price for a guaranteed repair, or gamble on a cheaper DIY fix? Push through fatigue for one more delivery, or pull into a motel and eat the lost time? Bank your cash, or sink it into a second truck and your first hire?
