Delta-19B

A short horror game about managing resources, surveillance, and surviving hell on an uncharted planet. STORY In the year 2150, Earth's natural resources were nearly depleted. From this came the M.E.V. Program, dispatching Mining and Engineering Vessels (M.E.V.s) throughout the galaxy in search of new worlds and resources to return to Earth. Two weeks ago, during a routine exploration and mining expedition to Charlie-87A, the M.E.V. DeepWell encountered an undocumented debris field and sustained major damage. Before communications were lost, the vessel transmitted a distress beacon placing its last known coordinates somewhere within the Delta Quadrant, a largely unexplored region of the galaxy. The closest known planet: DELTA-19B. DELTA-19B The planet orbits beneath two suns and is accompanied by two moons, producing an unusual but predictable day/night cycle. Previous surveys contain little information about the planet's surface, and whether it supports biological life remains unknown. M.E.V. DEEPWELL The M.E.V. DeepWell is a long-range mining and engineering vessel designed for resource extraction, transportation, and extended deep-space operations. Its systems include powerful solar arrays, surveillance equipment, external floodlights, engineering systems, an observatory, and cryogenic preservation pods for long-duration voyages.
