Govern your empire by managing resources, developing provinces, and recruiting generals while expanding through calculated conquest. Your provinces must be carefully attended to and sustained, focusing on long term decisions that can echo across future turns. When war erupts (and it will), invasions allow up to 20 generals per side, each acting as an individual command unit on the battlefield. Battles are fought on unique, terrain-driven maps where positioning, castle defenses, loyalty, and powerful battlefield abilities can influence the outcome.
