This voice preempts a horrific event—the murder of everyone John knows, right before his eyes. With nowhere else to turn, John is compelled to follow the voice, descending into a dry well that reveals a cavern containing an ominous, inverted floating tower. The voice tells John to follow his crows and ascend this mysterious structure.
