You receive a letter signed by your missing friend one fateful day, inviting you to her home… Do you have what it takes to get to the bottom of what has already transpired? Even though her family has confirmed her death, and you having no place to play detective here… you still make your way to the stated address to find out what happened. Will you regain a bond most people can only yearn for… Or Will you loss more than you have ever known? Only time will tell. The being you will be against is not a matter of conflict, but of survival. You cannot attack it, for it is not living. You can barely evade it, for it will catch up quickly. You can only delay its arrival enough for a slim chance at escaping, for it is inevitable. Yet, truths can be bent when times give no relent… so seems to be the case here as well - The Being’s power can be chipped away at, enough for you to facilitate your escape, using certain Rituals. Erode its Power, Presence and Persistence to wear out its magic and secure your escape! But… Beware that It knows what you will be doing. It senses each of your actions, your moves and your intent. Be sure that it will do all it can to stop you from escaping. And it will do a lot of things to hunt you down - deception, ruthlessness, mimicry, and brutality are some of the only evils we can identify as humans that It is capable of. The Reflection is a Co-op Horror game centered around performing mysterious Rituals using your own and your friends’ combined efforts in order to escape from an Evil Being that haunts the place which has you trapped inside. Quick thinking, a Clear Mind and attention to The World around you are key to securing your and your friends’ escape from this cursed place. Follow the clues hidden throughout the journal to perform ancient Rituals. Each ritual is unique and requires careful preparation. - Follow the journal step by step. - Every ritual has its own unique procedure. - Find the correct items scattered around the house. - lace and use each item in the correct order. - One wrong move can fail the ritual—or make things much worse. - Work together and communicate to survive. Nothing in this house is random. - Every object has a purpose. - Every symbol hides a clue. - Every room holds a new danger. - Curses lurk around every corner, waiting for the careless. The Reflection supports online co-op for up to 4 players, complete with proximity voice chat, making communication a key part of survival. - Play with up to 4 players online. - Use proximity voice chat to coordinate rituals and warn teammates of danger. - Revive downed teammates before it's too late. - Work together, share responsibilities, and complete rituals faster. - Stay close... or split up if you're willing to take the risk. After each major point of progress in your rituals, the entity catches scent of the ones who did it and chases them down no matter where they are. Run. Hide. Remain Vigilant. The monster has tracking instincts sharper than most predator animals but as you learn its patterns, and so it learns yours in the same manner. All hope will be lost if one gets too comfortable. …and if you take too long in your heart-pounding act of survival, there will be more malicious spirits attracted towards your location.
