In The Last Wisper you play as Somi. You've been resurrected atop a towering pillar reaching far into the sky. The being that revived you sets you on a difficult path. To leave the top of the pillar, you must restore its ancient magic. But before you can do that, you will certainly starve. Farm, craft, trade, and fight your way to survival with the help of elemental creatures that call the pillar their home, the wisps! Make This Place Your Home Collect resources to build your house. Make it a cozy cottage or a spooky shack. Decorate the inside of your house with paintings, furniture, and all that indoor type stuff. Just because you’re stuck in a 16-by-16-block area doesn’t mean it can’t be home! Get To Know The Wisps Wisps are small elementals that live around the Pillar. Each is unique and can be used in unique ways, like watering your plants or powering your machines. You can summon wisps by building totems; these can overlap and allow for lots of synergies! Make Friends And Enemies Meet a host of characters visiting your island along their journeys on the long route. Interactions with travelers can make you a new friend or lead to a combat interaction. The pillar can become a trading post or a battlefield; it’s up to you! Defend Your Home Defend the pillar with your airship. Pick your hull and design your arsenal of elemental projectiles. If someone is shooting you with fireballs, counter with water or air or something. Combine plant and water energy for a floral explosion, or crystals and light for some sort of laser thing.
