Conquer The World Sydwater is a wide open world to explore and conquer from the reign of the Wicked Badmen. There are many areas in Sydwater from Springwood to the Opera House, along with many iconic Australian landmarks to explore and liberate from the hands of the Wicked Badmen, Wicked Badmen In Sydwater there are many different enemy types. Each enemy offers a different combat experience and will make the player choose different playstyles for the different situations they find themselves in. Whether that be blasting fools with shotguns or sniping a Deadeye to even the playing field. Combat with Physics Combat in Sydwater is Physics Based meaning each shotgun blast and every ping with the rifle has a different impact on the different enemy types and enables the enemies ragdoll with Unreal Engine physics. With many different weapons and combat encounters to find in the world the Player can have fun sending Wicked Badmen flying or silently casting fire spells on them from a distance. Vehicles Sydwater has many vehicles all over the world, discover different cars while playing and use them to traverse the open world, you can also run people over at high speeds and see how far you can send their bodies flying. There are many different vehicles including: Pirate Ship, Cop Car, Train and even a Carriage. Permadeath In Sydwater the Player can easily send many Wicked Badmen to the grave, however, if the player gets sent to the grave themselves it is a permanent death, meaning the player can not continue that run of the game, they will have to respawn or restart the game to continue the game. Magical Powers Magical Powers have been granted to the Player by the Master Wizard of the land. Blink Teleport allows the player to teleport forward where they are aiming and Sloth Sense is the ability to slow time for bullet time precision. The player can even hire his best friend The Master Wizard Slorath to cast the spells for him later in the game. Spawn System The Player is given a Spawn Menu, which allows them to set their spawn anywhere in the world, wherever they choose. The world respawns with the player so each spawn point you choose offers a different experience depending on where the player chooses. Player homes are also available offering cash and guns. Befriend Friends All throughout Sydwater, the Player can find many different friendly plushies and can befriend them and let them rest on your back, helping you navigate the world and meet the different characters that can be found in the game. The player can find many unique characters including Detectives, Witches, Wizards and Cold Blooded Reptiles. Customisation The Player can choose from a range of different friendly costumes in the game and also Wicked Badmen characters, the Player is encouraged to play around and find their perfect style. In-Game Achievements There are a bunch of Achievements to hunt in Sydwater. From spawning in friends to sending souls to the grave. The Achievements are built into the game meaning that the player can easily find them and they will respawn with the Player each run. There are also hidden Achievements and a Platinum Achievement all built into the game. Different Dimensions There are a total of 3 different dimensions in Sydwater. Most notably the 7th and 9th Dimensions. The 9th dimension is home to our Zombie Mode where the player can track their zombie kills and rack up the Alms counter, the 6th dimension is home to Zombies and Wicked Badmen while the 7th dimension is the home dimension with just the Wicked Badmen. Disclaimer Sydwater is solo-developed and was all learnt from various online guides and tutorials, it is still the first game developed by Hazey Games, it has been optimized as thoroughly as possible while still maintaining core gameplay components. On Recommended hardware the game plays at a steady 30FPS.
