OPENING THE PORTAL ISN’T ENOUGH. EVERYONE HAS TO GET IN Stack Mates is a puzzle platformer for 2–8 players built around communication, coordination, and controlled chaos. Activate the buttons, overcome the obstacles, and open the exit portal. But remember, reaching the end alone means nothing. The level is only complete when the entire team enters the portal. Your character can change shape at any time. Switch to vertical form to gain height or horizontal form to pass through low spaces. EVERY CHAPTER GIVES YOUR TEAM A NEW PROBLEM Across 10 chapters, mechanics such as merging, sacrifice, slippery floors, reversed controls, flight, darkness, and time limits change the rules and force your team to work together in a different way each time. MAKE A PLAN. PANIC. TRY AGAIN. There’s no room for lone heroes in Stack Mates. If one player jumps at the wrong moment, falls from a platform, or leaves the team behind, the entire plan can fall apart in seconds. Push each other, stack on top of one another, form bridges, and decide who should move first. Execute the perfect plan or embrace the chaos when everyone starts talking at once. If one player is left behind, the level isn’t over. If one player falls, everyone goes back to the start. Gather your team, change your shape, and find your way to the portal without leaving anyone behind.
