Salmon Jump

Salmon Jump is a game where you and your friends can be a salmon jumping upstream, but watch out for slips, falls, and hungry bears! Solo or co-op, make your way up to the salmon breeding grounds at the top of the steep mountain. SCHOOL UP There's safety in numbers! Invite your salmon friends to school up with you to cooperatively jump upstream! (Or, to have them be extra distractions for any potential hungry predators.) JUMP Dash up out of the water to jump up out of the water to new heights or cross gaps through the air. Jumps can also help dodge dangerous predators or dash back to land before you get stuck out of water. It's a long way up... Will these salmon run, or will they jump? SURVIVE There's only so many salmon lives to lose on the way upstream. Avoid getting stuck out of water where salmon can't survive long or charge stamina. Share a pool of lives with your salmon friends. BEARS!? The island where the salmon are trying to climb upstream is home to an incredibly diverse number of "bears". While not belonging to the ursus (true bears) genus, the bear creatures on the island do currently belong to the ursidae (bears family), much like how the panda bear is not included amongst ursus genus, but rather the ailuropoda genus. However, much like the red panda losing its status as a "bear", zoologists may someday reclassify these bear-like creatures under different carnivore families. ... JUMP AWAY FROM THE BEARS! They are ravenous for succulent salmon!
