Recoil

An action platformer on a distant planet, where your objective is getting home after crashing behind enemy lines. You'll need your trusty pistol; not to kill, but to explore. Along the way, you'll come face-to-face with the enemy, and find you have far more in common than you ever expected. You awaken in an escape pod: alone, in enemy territory, with nothing but your pistol. You'll use this gun (and any others you find) not to kill, but to explore: destroying obstacles with bullets and using the gun's powerful recoil to navigate stages. You'll learn the history and language of a not-so-alien world with not-so-alien inhabitants, explore their past and present settlements, and make decisions that alter the course of both species' histories.
