Long ago humanity stood on the brink of extinction as Ogres overran their lands. Pushed to desperation, the humans rallied with powerful weapons and ancient magic to overcome the invaders. As the last Ogres were slain, humans formed the Ogrewatch to protect their borders against such dangers ever threatening them again. Generations later, the stories have kept the fear of ogres alive in the heads and hearts of men, though the ogres themselves are thought of nearly as myth. But now the ogres have returned and you, as the lone Ogrewatch in the forest, are tasked with holding the line against them to protect all of humanity. Ogrewatch is a first-person tower defense game where you play as the lone defender against the oncoming Ogre horde that threatens to destroy your people. Grab your crossbow and take up the mantle of the famed Ogrewatch as you secure the ancient tower in the woods and prevent the Ogres from reaching your village. Upgrade your weapon As you kill ogres you'll be able to select from various upgrades to improve your crossbow. Choose wisely to keep up with the ever-massing waves of attackers.
