DEEP AND LAYERED SURVIVAL Survival is not a meter to fill—it's a complex system: - Hydration and hunger: Every drop of water and calorie matters - Body temperature: Stay cool in the blazing heat and warm during freezing nights - Exhaustion: Rest is just as critical as food - Weight and calorie balance: Your body weight changes realistically based on what you eat and how active you are.
