Demon Slayer Rome

...the Roman Empire has allied itself with the powers of darkness. Demons have arisen from Hades and have taken control over Rome and all its colonies. Corruption and ruin has taken what was once God's good creation and turned it into a feast of blood, lust, and sin. Only the demon slayers of the Holy Mountain, Mount Athos, are fit to wrestle against the principalities, powers, and world-rulers of this darkness. These men of God, equipped with flaming swords known as the lahat chereb, slay demons alongside their guardian angels. But this is a tale of an unlikely demon slayer. Andreas of Mount Athos is a slayer with a dark past, so dark in fact that he himself is possessed by the worst demon of them all, a demon known as the Deathchaser. But don't worry - Andreas has it all under control...or so he thinks. With the help of a young priest, Father Felix, and the once-pleasure-seeking-demigod-turned-Christian, Dionysus, Andreas will battle eight princes of darkness to save an Empire lost to sin. Battle dozens of unique demons in turn-based combat with Andreas, Felix, and Dionysus, each with their own characteristics and playstyles. As a demon slayer, Andreas uses the holy lahat chereb to slay demons, but the use of the holy sword damages him each turn. As a priest, Father Felix learns prayers to heal, buff, and remove status ailments. And Dionysus, as half god, half man, learns new skills from slain demons. Like the classic title Mega Man, each demon prince Andreas slays will grant him a new elemental ability. Use these elemental abilities to defeat the other demon princes as you progress through the campaign. Each victory in battle is a small step in power progression. These demons have had centuries to hone their skills and you'll need to struggle against them and persevere if you have any hope of saving Rome. You may fall, but no demon slayer stays fallen! Explore eight different dungeons ruled by eight different demon princes. Each dungeon has its own look, its own secrets, and its own gameplay mechanic. Use the abilities Andreas gains after defeating a demon prince to unlock more areas. Obtain treasure maps to secrets that improve your power. Who knows? You might even discover hidden areas like a Roman bathhouse or the Gates to Hades itself! Demon Slayer Rome features several challenge modes and includes a new game plus feature. Take on the superboss on the highest difficulty and become the envy of all your fellow demon slayers!
