You've just been taken from space, brought down by shadowy figures. Humanoid, you think. Hands reach into the pod you were captured in and take you down, deep into the earth. Then, you finally come to consiousness; trapped within a cold glass pod, being slowly lowered down. What is this place, and why are you here? All you know is that a strange man is talking, and it's probably a very good idea to listen to him. ONLY ANTENNAE OF THE CONSTRUCTED REMAIN TO LISTEN" Graviton Reloaded is a 2D Platformer, with hints of combat and puzzles scattered throughout the game. Taking inspiration from well-known titles such as Hollow Knight and ULTRAKILL, Graviton Reloaded tells the story of a captured alien and, depending on how you look at it, an either very lucky or very unlucky human. Despite seemingly having technologies and concepts which may not be seen for another century, Graviton Reloaded is set during the 1960s, specifically focusing on the Cold War, or at least what remains of it. "GRAVITONS ARE SPACIALLY LOCKED QUANTA... IMMOVABLE... NOT PHYSICAL... YET YOU, SPIDER, HAVE THE INATE ABILITY TO MANIPULATE THEM AS IF THEY WERE TANGIBLE." The CORTEX Facility was once a sterile place. Clean, orderly, predictable. Until something happened. Unfortunately for you, your only source of knowledge about this place at the moment has no idea what has occurred here. You're in the dark for now. Traverse the deepest parts of CORTEX and explore what was left behind by a legacy of scientists who possessed technology far beyond what was possible at the time. "THIS PLACE HAS BEEN DECAYING FOR DECADES, LITTLE ONE. AND YOU SEEM TO REMEMBER BOTH THE CLEANLINESS AND WHAT IT IS NOW." Progress further into the facility. Climb your way back up to the surface. Find out what happened, why you're here, and how the facility decayed over what looks like decades while you and your human friend stayed the same age. "I'VE BEEN EXPLORING THIS PLACE TOO, YOU KNOW.
