A love story in three acts Act I · For the Queen Long ago, the Elf Queen sealed herself away behind four cursed realms. Now a hero is fighting his way through all of them, past orcs, golems, dragons and demons, with a small box in his pocket. The Queen watches his every step, certain he's an assassin. She'll learn what's in the box when he reaches her throne. Act II · The Abyss Happily ever after starts on Monday. The man who slew dragons now faces battles no sword was made for. He wins some of them. One of them carries him away. Act III · For the King The throne stands empty. For the first time in an age, the Queen leaves her castle, and the realms she once hid behind now stand between her and him. In a real love story, both of them get to be the hero. Every fight is a countdown A hand sweeps around a ring while the seconds tick down in the middle. Beats wait on the ring: hit the green ones to strike, the blue ones to block and the gold ones to unleash your special. Land them on time for critical hits and a climbing combo. Mash the buttons and your hero stumbles. The deeper you go, the faster the hand spins. Build your hero After every victory, choose one of three upgrades: a sharper blade, a wider timing window, lifesteal, blocks that strike back, a golden special that heals or one that stuns. Every build plays the ring differently. - Two heroes. The Samurai hits hard and crits often, but he can't take much punishment and demands precise timing. The Knight shrugs off blows, forgives loose timing and turns every block into damage. - Multi-phase boss fights. The Queen doesn't fight alone. - Two difficulty modes. On Easy, a defeat sends you back to the start of the current realm with the upgrades you had there. On Normal, you get one life for the whole story. - Endless mode unlocks after the story: a tale with no last page. - Achievements, full controller support and rebindable keys. - Eight languages: English, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and German.
