Ikeno is a young doctor whose heart has grown cold and weary after his dreams were shattered. He struggles to fit into the facility known as “Paradise” and cannot understand the patients who lose themselves in their own fantasies. One day, he is assigned to care for Dorothy, a girl who regards The Wizard of Oz as her “Bible.” Troubled by the gap between her frail body and her identity as “Dorothy,” she struggles to reconcile fantasy with reality.
