CHEMISTRIS 2: Wukong's Crucible

A TETRISLIKE GAME WHERE WUKONG IS TRAPPED IN THE SUPREME CELESTIAL FURNACE BEFORE THE JOURNEY TO THE WEST. DROP. BALANCE. REACT Elements fall as blocks. You fuse them into molecules — but a molecule only holds if the equation underneath it balances. Coefficients right, the row detonates into a real reaction. Coefficients wrong, the furnace fills up. SAME ATOMS. DIFFERENT MOLECULE C₂H₆O is ethanol or dimethyl ether depending on its structure — drop sodium into one and it fizzes off hydrogen, the other just sits there. Structure is the mechanic, not a footnote. EIGHT TRIGRAMS. ONE PERIODIC TABLE The furnace has eight part, and every part is a trigram ruling its own province of the periodic table. Levels are talisman nodes on a branching map, and some doors stay shut until you can brew the reagent that opens them. Burn through the halogens first, or take the long way around through the carbon chains. The furnace was never planning to let you out. THERE IS A CAT IN THE FURNACE Wukong isn't the only living thing in here — and for a furnace built to render all things to ash, the cat is far too comfortable. Now and then it hands you something the rules were never supposed to allow. Work out why it's here, what the Supreme Celestial Furnace is hiding, and whether getting out is really where this story ends. - 100+ Handcrafted Levels — No generators.
