Better Me Tree: Boot Camp is a daily self development application and motivator that encourages you to work on bettering your health, personal growth, wellness, inner peace, life goals, purpose, self awareness, accountability and more. *You can also receive growth points which can be updated to your Better Me Tree online account and profile.
*Your application progress is stored to your device (PC) and is private. You can have your progress points recorded to your profile if you are logged in or if you are using a download. Your points are the only application data that can be stored to our cloud. Journals and profile progress can be made private from your privacy settings if you choose to use our community features.
Purpose and Goals:
✔️ To better your health, improve wellness and discover your purpose.
✔️ To overcome distractions, set backs and anxiety.
✔️ To achieve life goals and to make a difference.
✔️ To grow daily and to enjoy life while doing it.
🏆 Daily Challenge:
During the Daily Challenge you are given 3 goals to achieve each day. After the end of the day, you will take a quick assessment on how well you achieved those goals. Merit points are given based upon how well you achieved those goals. Growth Badges are also earned as you gain Merit Points. All progress can be saved and continued the next day.
🏆 Session Assessment:
At the end of 3 days of each daily challenge, you will be given a Session Assessment. Each evaluation session is a few minutes. You will respond to a series of phrases through several response options and then conclude the day.
🏆 Merits and Rewards:
Growth Badges represent your tree growth. With time, you will notice your seed mature into a tree as you continue to make progress. If you have a registered account on Better Me Tree, you can also earn Growth Points that will be added to your online account and profile.
