Story Manami Sorano works as a medical clerk at a general hospital, processing receipts as usual. But one day, she comes across a peculiar medical record. “Shinichi Kawabe (45) – Diagnosis: Heart Disease” The chart includes examination notes, but several things are off: - The treatment plan is blank. - The attending physician’s name is missing. - The hospital’s admission/discharge records contain no trace of the patient. "Did this patient really come to this hospital…?" Just as Manami tries to investigate the data further, her PC suddenly shuts down.
