She is open to explore things sexually with you, even more so than you had initially thought. Your neighbor is called Zack. He seems pretty open to joining you and Mia in your sexual exploration, perhaps unsurprisingly. Gameplay Underfoot is a visual novel with several different choices that can lead you to different endings. You can rename characters or use their default name. At the start of the story you can choose whether you want Mia to wear pantyhose or not, which will affect many scenes in the game.
