The Wandering Earth: The Last Full Moon

Within several centuries, the Sun will undergo a helium flash and destroy Earth. In response, humanity launches the Wandering Earth Project. Spanning 2,500 years, the plan calls for the construction of more than ten thousand planetary engines to carry Earth toward humanity’s new home. The “Stop Cycle Era” marks the first phase of the Wandering Earth Project. Humanity uses planetary engines to gradually halt Earth’s rotation and adjust its orientation, preparing the planet to break away from its original orbit. The 15th day of each lunar month traditionally marks the full moon. Near the end of the Stop Cycle Era, the United Government is preparing to use twelve lunar engines to propel the Moon out of Earth’s orbit. The final execution window in the 46th year of the Stop Cycle Era is known as the “Full-Moon Window,” marking the final stage before Earth and the Moon end their long-standing orbital relationship. From personal equipment to advanced sci-fi vehicles, players will venture deep into battlefields across the Moon and outer space, using specialized gear such as spacesuits and exoskeletons to explore combat experiences beyond those found in traditional shooters. Enter an ever-changing lunar battlefield and adapt your tactics to different gravity conditions. Face a variety of enemies, make full use of the terrain, equipment, and limited resources, and find a way through rapidly evolving threats as you take on missions that seem nearly impossible. Massive creations unique to the world of The Wandering Earth—including lunar engines and generation ships—come together to form spectacular industrial hard-sci-fi wonders defined by both scale and imagination. Against the stark contrast between the individual and the vastness of the universe, players will experience an epic journey through deep space.
