The Legend of Simurgh

The Legend of Simurgh is a 2D Metroidvania game inspired by Simurgh legends from Turkic, and Azerbaijani, Persian folklore. Story. The Legend of Simurgh is a game that follows a little bird’s adventures to save its village from drought and famine. In order to bring the Tree of Life back to be alive, the bird must find Simurgh and bring it back to rest on top of the tree. Passing through 7 valleys to reach the top of the Gaff mount, little bird gains new abilities and learns valuable lessons about self development. Locations. There are 7 valleys that start with little bird's village to Gaff mountain. First valley is "The Valley of Will" that has 3 region: Inner Forest, Bandit Town and Deep Forest. They have own enemies and structures! Combat. The game offers a challenging yet rewarding combat system inspired by Souls-like mechanics. Every enemy has its own attack patterns and timing, requiring players to observe, adapt, and strategize. From fast-moving creatures to heavily armored foes, variety keeps each encounter fresh and demanding. Additionally, there are mini-bosses and bosses! By passing them, discover new weapons, charms, and paths to the valleys! Inventory. The Legend of Simurgh features various weapons, charms, lore items. Weapons - has different properties and gameplay and can only be obtained from merchants and bosses. Charms - can equip and give some boost and abilities. Lore items - can get with exploration and gives information about area and story. Some items can use at with NPC's! NPCs. They can guide player, offer some items and so!
