S T A R E is a first-person experience focused on a dense atmosphere and psychological unease, amplified by progressively changing ambient sounds. The goal is simple — find and break all the seals. You will, however, quickly discover that something else awaits you in the dark... Under no circumstances should you look at it. The game features no music and, for the most part, no user interface. The goal is to achieve maximum immersion through realistic ambient sounds and dynamic reverb. Every tree, lamp, or a bird you hear exists as a distinct acoustic point in the world.
