RIVER OF THE DEAD The river is dark. The storm is getting worse. And something is hunting from below. A vital river provides water for many nearby villages and countless animals. But relentless crocodiles have taken over the waters, making it impossible for anyone to safely use the river. Now, a lone warrior dog must take his small wooden boat into the storm, hunt down the crocodiles, and clear the river before more lives are put at risk. Combat Every enemy has different durability when using the normal Harpoon and Power Harpoon: - Normal Crocodile — 1 normal Harpoon hit - Armored Crocodile — 2 normal Harpoon hits - Giant Crocodile — 4 normal Harpoon hits - River King — 8 direct Power Harpoon hits At 450 score, the Power Harpoon unlocks. When fired straight down into the water beneath the boat, its devastating blast can instantly destroy the fast crocodiles attacking during the Final Rush. The River King is different. Its blast cannot defeat him. The only way to damage the River King is to hit him directly with the Power Harpoon. The Hunt The river gets progressively more dangerous as your score rises: - 0–149: Normal and Armored Crocodiles - 150–299: Multiple Normal Crocodiles attack at once - 300–449: Normal Crocodiles and Giant Crocodiles enter the hunt - 450: The Power Harpoon unlocks - 450–499: Final Rush begins — fast crocodiles rush toward the boat - 500: The River King arrives During the Final Rush, the fast crocodiles relentlessly close in on the boat. Use the Power Harpoon's water blast to clear them before they reach you. Then comes the final battle. Face the River King and land 8 direct Power Harpoon hits to defeat the final boss.
