Perfore is a game set in a medieval world where each continent is an island, each island is a country, each country is a kingdom, and each village is a city with a lord. The story takes place in 2010, where technology has remained similar to that of the medieval era, with semi-advanced technology due to magic. The game is an introduction to the series.
