Sobre One Thought Immortal / 一念修仙
One map. One lifetime. Time is the only resource you cannot earn back.
You wake on a mountain road with nothing, in a world that will not wait for you. Ahead lies one hand-painted map — cities, markets, sects, abodes, beast dens and secret realms all on the same sheet — and somewhere on it, a whole life to spend. Walk it well and you ascend. Walk it badly and you die of old age halfway, with a ledger of things you should not have done. Why you'll love it
Most cultivation games give you a menu of numbers and call it a life. This one makes you walk it. Step up to a city and its shops fan out around the icon; open one and it expands where it stands. Nothing loads. Nothing cuts away. The world simply keeps going around you — because it is going whether you act or not.
That is the hook underneath everything: a day passes roughly every two and a half seconds. Seclusion eats years. The road eats years. So does every fight you pick. A breakthrough buys back a fixed span and not one year more, so the time you burned getting there is gone for good. Every decision in the game is really the same decision — is this worth the years? What you can do
🗺️ One map, walked to the end
Cities, markets, sects, abodes, beast dens and secret realms all sit on the same hand-painted tile map. Step onto a site and its sub-icons fan out around it; open one and it expands in place. From the first step to ascension, the game never loads a new scene.
⏳ Time is the real resource
A day passes roughly every two and a half seconds, whether you act or not. Seclusion, the road and every fight all eat your lifespan. A breakthrough buys back a fixed span of years — never the years you wasted getting there.
⚔️ Fights happen where you stand
Turn-based battle on the map itself: the world dims, the ground lights up under both fighters, and you trade blows. Techniques, spells, talismans and five-phase counters all matter — and if you cannot win, you can walk away. Leaving is not losing.
🏯 A sect career, not a menu
Seven ranks from odd-jobs disciple to sect master. Take commissions at the hall, brew at the pill chamber, forge on Tiangong Peak, trade merit for arts at the scripture pavilion, draw a monthly stipend — and deal with fellow disciples who have names, faces and opinions about you.
🌀 Realms that open and shut
Secret realms surface in season and close again. Push deeper and the haul grows richer while what guards it grows worse — and nothing is banked until you withdraw. Stay greedy until the gate shuts and you come out with half.
☯ Inner demon and karma are a ledger
Two axes that are not scored by hand — they are the running balance of what the world remembers you doing. Every life taken, every fortune seized, every blood debt atoned for re-reckons the whole ledger, and the demonic arts that feed on your inner demon make it worse the stronger you get.
📜 The Record of the Past
Ten chapters left unfinished by cultivators who came before. Take one up and walk their life to its end under their constraints — stars for finishing fast, stars for the extra task, two readings of every chapter — and their dao resonance joins your own.
🖌️ Draw your own continent
Four built-in maps, endless procedural ones in three sizes, and a Map Workshop where you lay down terrain, rivers, ley roads, sects and secret realms yourself. Swap the map and you have swapped the world — sites, factions and roads are all projected from the tiles.Built for
Players who like systems-heavy turn-based roguelites where every choice costs something, and readers of Chinese cultivation (xianxia) fiction who want a game that actually models a whole cultivator's life rather than a menu of stats. If you liked Loop Hero, Amazing Cultivation Simulator or Battle Brothers' sense of a world that keeps moving without you, this is aimed at you.Languages & features
