Forged Into History: Speedway Odyssey

Forged Into History: Speedway Odyssey (FIHSO) is an arcade motorbike racing game that lets you take part in an individual fight for the championship in the top league of a speedway competition. Compete over multiple career seasons and prove that you are the true champion. In Speedway Odyssey players will see their avatar from a top-down view in a 2D setting on a set of varied round and oval tracks. Each track features a unique combination of static fast (or slow) lanes and a distinct shape providing players with a diverse experience. Your competition for each new game start will be a group of randomly generated AI players of varied difficulty levels. The game allows for up to 4 players to play locally on a single computer. All game modes (single race, single tournament and career) can be played locally, requiring either a keyboard that supports multiple simultaneous key presses or additional controllers. In Speedway Odyssey players are given the option to set the number of seasons the career will span, ranging from 1 to 20 seasons. At the start of each career, historical rankings are randomly generated, allowing players to ascend a new set each time. Alternatively, with a switch in options, rankings may start empty. Earn your title and don't let other pretenders take it away from you. Show that you are the true legend of speedway!
