Using a massive physics-based fishing rod, you’ll cast your hook into the depths to see what bites. Keep your line steady and play the odds. if things look too dangerous, cut the line. If you risk it, reel in your catch and deal with whatever comes up. Use Anything as Bait Every single item you catch has unique, randomized stats. Hook a hostile NPC? Use it as bait. Hook your co-op buddy? They are bait now, too. Stack items on your hook to manipulate your catch chances, track the odds in real-time, and pull up even rarer loot. Crush, Burn, Destroy and Build You don’t get resources for free. Toss your unwanted catches into the Crusher to extract valuable yields, or burn them in the Furnace to keep the machinery running. Break down props to gather wood and scrap, then use those materials to construct and expand a wooden dock across the water. Push Further Expand your dock far enough, and you’ll reach uncharted islands waiting to be looted. Search the environment and inspect your catches for hidden codes, then spend your hard-earned payouts at the vending machine for better gear to survive another day. Survive the Anomalies This is not a relaxing fishing trip. You need to manage your health and hunger while defending your expanding base from weather, anomalous events, and whatever horrors you accidentally reel in.
