WWII Commanders is a turn-based strategy game fought on hand-crafted hex battlefields. Take command of the United States, Germany, Japan, or the United Kingdom, each with a historical roster of aircraft, armor, infantry, artillery, and warships. There are no twitch reflexes here — position your forces, exploit terrain and fog of war, and outthink an AI that fights back. A six-tier combat system means every matchup matters: fighters shred bombers, tanks crush infantry, and anti-air punishes anything that flies. March through 13 historical campaigns spanning the whole war — from the Blitzkrieg across Poland and France and the Battle of Britain to Barbarossa, Stalingrad, Midway, Normandy, and the final push to Berlin. Your army carries between missions, where survivors earn veterancy and climb from raw recruits to battle-hardened legends. Manage a supply budget to repair veterans or replace the fallen, building the force you take into the next fight.
