Veinfall is a 2D exploration, crafting, and factory automation game where manual gathering gradually gives way to automated production. Gather Resources and Craft Materials At first, everything is done by hand. Mine ore, gather plants, process materials, and prepare for your next expedition. But as exploration and construction demand more resources, manual work alone will no longer be enough. Automate Production Lines When handcrafting can no longer keep up, build drills, processors, and conveyors to automate repeated tasks. Turn raw materials into useful components, keep early essentials like ropes, wooden gears, and other basic materials flowing, and spend less time doing the same work by hand. Explore Deeper Into the Planet Use the time you save to push deeper underground. Beneath the surface of this planet lie new resources, environments, and discoveries waiting to be found. Every trip underground brings back new materials to process, transport, and automate. As you explore deeper, your factory grows larger and more capable. Build the Factory Your Way There is no single correct way to build a factory. Where you place machines, how you connect production lines, and what kind of production base you create are all up to you. Dig deeper, expand your production, and head farther into the planet. What you discover, and what kind of factory you build from it, depends on your exploration and your factory layout.
