Solve the island puzzle by placing required districts with limited paint resources, fulfilling the need requirements of each district to earn more paint and create harmony with the land. Scale your challenge by difficulty and map size and increase your score by placing districts in their optimal environments. A new canvas, every time. Never paint the same city twice.
