They affect customer's satisfaction. Swapping them, keep satisfactions. Only when they wake up matters. After all, they won’t remember anyway. Customers have like and dislike dream. And the satisfaction conditions and fluctuations vary depending on the customer's plan. Customers on cheaper plans tend to have a higher tolerance for nightmares, but if they don’t get the results they want, they may demand compensation or cancel their subscription. If compensation alone is manageable, you can make up for it elsewhere—but some may choose to cancel their subscription entirely.
