GHOST FLIPPERS is a co-op horror game where you and your crew buy haunted houses, renovate them, and sell them for profit. Every two in-game days, your agency has bills to pay. Miss a payment... It's game over. Take on contracts, raid haunted warehouses for materials, renovate just enough to turn a profit, and move on to the next property. The bigger the house, the bigger the reward. The bigger the haunting, the bigger the problem. BUY HAUNTED HOUSES Purchase haunted properties of different sizes and danger levels. From small suburban homes to abandoned apartment complexes and massive estates, every property offers greater rewards—and greater risks. RAID HAUNTED WAREHOUSES Building materials aren't free. Break into abandoned warehouses to steal furniture, appliances, and supplies before whatever is inside finds you. Bring everything back alive. RENOVATE & SELL Repair the house. Decorate it. Increase its market value. The more you improve a property, the more money you'll make when it's time to sell. GROW YOUR BUSINESS Use your profits to expand your real estate agency. - Purchase agency upgrades. - Buy better equipment. - Take on larger, more profitable contracts. Just don't forget...
