I swallowed the food and suddenly realized that, at some point without noticing, I had started counting how many times I chewed each bite before swallowing. I tried to break free from this rigid routine, yet felt as though I were eating dinner like a mime—trapped in the act of counting, while the bone conduction from my mouth made every sound seem amplified in the vast emptiness around me. In the end, I chewed up the boredom along with the food, and swallowed it all down. Words cannot capture all of existence, for language is riddled with voids that breed misunderstanding. Beyond conveying logic, they spill over with countless inexplicable imaginings. Have you ever felt, in human communication, that words fail to capture your meaning?
