Dragons of 1066

The game begins with pieces representing armies of legions, knights, warbeasts, kraken, galleons, eagles and dragons -- all arrayed on the board as they were in the year 1066 of the Age of Dragons. Each turn, you move your pieces to create battles, then resolve those battles by rolling dice. Then end your turn by repositioning your remaining pieces and recruiting new ones. To win, you and your ally must work together to capture all four great Fortresses on the board. (In a two player game, one player plays both sides of the alliance.) The rules of Dragons of 1066 are straightforward, but take some effort to learn. Once you have mastered the rules, you will be able to enjoy the game for years to come.
