The spell succeeded—but something went terribly wrong. A mysterious cloud formed above the castle, raining powerful relics and terrifying monsters upon the kingdom. But the monsters carry something the King desperately needs. When they die, they release Cosmic Crystals—fragments of the energy that came through the portal. Collect enough, and you may finally have the power to close the portal for good. Blamed for the catastrophe, Lazaar went rogue and vanished into the comet cloud. Now he commands the portal’s power, determined to drive everyone from his castle. Fight through waves of undead soldiers, mummies, giant spiders, and trolls.
