In Broad Daylight, you play as a young man with a defeatist mentality, looking for a reason to escape your shell into the world outside your apartment. You will find reasons in little things and find some meaning in the life you step into. The question remains — how much would it matter when fate plays its cruel games? Broad Daylight is a game created by Vagus Truman that subverts common horror tropes found in games, where the horror lies in a lack of identity and agency, and the setting is in a brightly lit area. Each ending, each insight into their character and being, is up for the player to learn and pick up on as their avatar navigates the world. Play Time The game should take about 10 to 45 minutes to finish. Options The basic setup of volume and graphics settings is dictated by the engine's base settings, ranging from Low to Ultra graphics, with a slider to control master audio. Gameplay It is a basic walking simulator with a dialogue system that prompts the player to adopt the mentality of their avatar as they navigate the small world.
