Tiny Forge is a first-person fantasy blacksmithing game where the weapons you make leave the workshop and enter the fight. Turn raw ore into finished blades, fulfill orders for warrior customers, and equip the defenders who stand between your forge and the monsters outside.
Smelt ore, pour molten metal, and work a glowing ingot on the anvil. Quench the steel, sharpen its edges, and assemble the parts before delivering the finished weapon. Handle the tools yourself, from the first hammer strike to the final polish.
At the end of each day, watch your warriors face monsters in turn-based battles. The weapons you made are now in their hands, and their quality and durability matter.
Earn coins from orders and battles, unlock skills, and improve your craft as the days grow more demanding. Protect the gate: three accumulated defeats end your run.
