The last train out of the Ark
The city of the Ark fell in a single night. What's left of its people is crammed into an unfinished train, running west across a wasteland where machine beasts hunt anything that moves.
You are not the driver. You are the one who decides who sleeps, who eats, who mans the guns — and who goes out into the ruins when the fuel runs low.
A whole world in a cross-section
- Watch every car in 2D side view: crew climb ladders, cook, research, sleep, and argue in rooms you built.
- Where you put things matters. A generator next to the bunk room keeps people awake. A kitchen beside the grow room cooks faster.
- Power is a circuit breaker, not a battery — go one watt over and every system on the train drops to a crawl.
People, not units
- Every survivor has one of 16 personality types that shapes how they work, rest, and break.
- Introverts need quiet corners. Some unwind at the arcade, others in the greenhouse. The stress log tells you exactly why someone is about to snap.
- Friendships and grudges form on their own — seat the wrong two people together and you'll hear about it.
- Death is permanent. The fallen are remembered at the memorial, along with their last words.
Hard choices, on a schedule you control
- Event cards that ask you to choose who — send the steady one or the brilliant one, and pay for it either way.
- Stop to send scout teams on foot. Hear them over the radio. Not all of them come back.
- The radar shows danger ahead. Run through it, or stop, dig in, and pay in fuel.
Hold the line
- Turret classes that each own a different range — rapid fire up close, precision at the horizon, splash for the swarms.
- Machine beasts that charge, shell, swarm or shrug off bullets — each calls for a different answer.
- Lose a car, lose everything inside it. Lose the power core, and the journey ends.
How far can you go?
There is no ending waiting for you. Only distance, days survived, and a record to beat — and a train that grows car by car and floor by floor.
