The PalmPilot was a revolutionary personal digital assistant (PDA) released in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Designed for managing contacts, calendars, and notes, it became a favorite of tech enthusiasts for its portability, handwriting recognition, and early mobile games. In many ways, it was the first glimpse at the modern smartphone—just without the phone.
I used to play with my dad’s PalmPilot all the time, and I recently found it in a storage unit. What do you know—after 20 years, it still had battery left! I turned it on and knew right away that I wanted to use it for a computer simulation. Palm Cracker is the result!
