Story Background Xieling Ridge, a centuries-old town sheltered by the faith of the Three Purities. The sudden death of the wealthy Merchant Qin is like a stone thrown into deep water, stirring up all the undercurrents. At the funeral, a returned policewoman, a lone girl seeking refuge, a mysterious Taoist priest, a Gu-witch searching for her roots, and an antique dealer with a hidden past—each with their own secrets—gather in the eerie Qin family mansion. Yet, the ritual of death is far from over. When the steward meets a gruesome end in a locked room, an invisible barrier descends, trapping everyone inside this coffin for the living.
