A mortal calls from a distant realm, play as the powerful being that answered the call. Lead him through a lore rich world made up of hand drawn assets, discovering the words of power and use them to unlock all the world has to offer. Fight, forage, scavenge and craft to progress as your mortal slowly grows stronger. The end goal, to discover every word of power in the lexicon and bring peace to this scarred land. Lexicon is the result of an old school text based RPG brought into the modern era. While the game revolves around the use of words each word/Phrase/Command can be saved onto a series of buttons to reduce the need for repeated typing so you can focus on discovering the world and new words. Similarly rather than the world being made of text as in the originals instead each location is displayed using hand drawn water colour based assets so you can really immerse yourself in the world. Change the colour and brightness of each element of the interface to find a style that fits your preference. Also adjust the music, story and sound effect volumes separately.
