The rooms don't make sense, turns that shouldn't exist, distances that are just wrong, and items... items with weird properties.
For surviving you found that stealing doesn't work, every time you reached with the intent to steal a wall of dread would fill your mind.
Buying stuff is a viable option and the only way to buy things is to obtain money by working.
